Welcome to Running Free Farm LLC "horses for sale" page. You will find the horses we have available on this page however sometimes our horses do sell before we have time to post and make the videos. So if you are in the market for a good solid trail horse shoot us an email! We evaluate our horses for a few weeks, put them through many obstacles and test to get the perfect match for the horse. If you are buying from out of state and can't come try the horse we will hold with a nonrefundable deposit for you to make arrangements for pickup. Please make sure you are looking at a horse in your price range. State of CT requires sales tax on horse sales.

Cosmo
"2013" 14.3H, grade, gelding
This guy is one of the best trail mounts you will find. He is a superstar out alone. I leave the barn with his pasture neighbor yelling to him and he doesn't care. He is just happy to be the one going. Cosmo will cross any amount of water, steep hills, mud, traffic, quads, tractors, wildlife, unphased by it all. He has been ridden in groups of horses and behaves perfect. We have trailered him out numerous times, he ties to the trailer quietly and behaves the same in new places as he does leaving from our barn. Cosmo will do the ring, however, it is definitely not his favorite thing. Ideally I would like to see him go to a home that does mainly trail riding. He would be so much fun at a hunter pace or could make a fun horse to do games with obstacles as he seems to be pretty good with anything I put him through.
